Our processing dates are scheduled throughout June/July. All beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days to lock in the best flavor. After placing your deposit, we’ll contact you to schedule your preferred shipping or pickup date.
Our beef is vacuum sealed to maintain indefinite freshness. A Whole Beef Share will fit in a 10-14 cubic ft freezer.
