Our processing dates are scheduled throughout January, beef will dry-age for a minimum of 14 days to ensure the best flavor! We expect deliveries to be ready February, this is subject to change with holidays and we are a first come, first serve basis. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping/pickup date that works best for you.
Our beef is vacuum sealed to maintain indefinite freshness. A Whole Beef Share will fit in 16-18 Cubic Ft. Freezer.

After you place your deposit, you’re guaranteed a Cypress Meadows Ranch beef share! You’ll receive an email confirmation automatically, but then within a week we’ll also personally email you to give you a little bit more details about what you can expect going forward.

After we receive your deposit, we’ll email you an invoice to collect your share’s remaining balance and schedule a shipping date that works best for you.

We will ship your beef to your door and you’ll enjoy a freezer full of nutrient dense, delicious beef!
