At Cypress Meadows Ranch, we take pride in providing premium, pasture-raised beef straight from our family ranch to your doorstep. We stand behind the quality of every cut we ship.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, here’s how we’ll make it right:

✅ Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products will arrive in properly frozen and packaged with care. All items are sent frozen to ensure they arrive at a safe temperature; however, thawing may occur. We recommend transferring everything to your freezer or refrigerator immediately upon delivery, and no later than the day it arrives. If any items feel warm to the touch, please discard them. If you receive any item that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the issue, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • A credit toward your next order

  • A full or partial refund
