With approximately 90% lean and 10% fat ratio, our beef has the perfect amount of moisture and flavor while not sacrificing health benefits.
Packaging: 1 pound vacuum sealed. They are packaged when beef is fresh off the line and will arrive to you frozen with the ability to be stored in the freezer up to 18 months.
