1/8 Beef (roughly 45 pounds) is the ideal size for trying out a variety of cuts or topping off your current meat supply—no chest freezer needed! If you're not a heavy meat eater, this bundle lets you experience the rich, pasture-raised flavor of our beef without overcommitting. Just a heads-up: you might find yourself wishing you had ordered more.

All of our beef is vacuum sealed to lock in freshness for the long term. A 1/8 Beef will fit in a 1.5 cubic ft freezer—like the one attached to your kitchen fridge—and provides enough for one person to enjoy 2 meals per week for about 12 months. With servings as low as $3.75 each, it’s a smart and delicious way to stock up!

Our processing dates are scheduled throughout June/July. All beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure peak flavor. Once your deposit is placed, we’ll reach out to arrange a shipping or pickup date that works best for you.
