1/8 Beef (roughly 45 pounds) is the ideal size for trying out a variety of cuts or topping off current meat supply (no chest freezer needed!). If you're not a heavy meat eater, this bundle allows you to experience the flavor of our beef. Just a heads-up, you might find yourself wishing you had ordered more.

All of our beef is vacuum sealed to lock in freshness for the long term. A 1/8 Beef will fit in a 1.5 cubic ft freezer- like the one attached to your kitchen fridge- and provides enough for one person to enjoy 2 meals per week for about 12 months. With servings as low as $3.75 each, it's a great way to stock up!

Our processing dates are scheduled throughout January, beef will dry-age for a minimum of 14 days to ensure the best flavor! We expect deliveries to be ready early February. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping/pickup date that works best for you.

    After you place your deposit, you’re guaranteed a Cypress Meadows Ranch beef share! You’ll receive an email confirmation automatically, but then within a week we’ll also personally email you to give you a little bit more details about what you can expect going forward.

  • Step #2 - Pay your remaining balance and schedule your shipping date!

    After we receive your deposit, we’ll email you an invoice to collect your share’s remaining balance and schedule a shipping date that works best for you.

  • Step #3 - Your beef is delivered & You ENJOY!

    We will ship your beef to your door and you’ll enjoy a freezer full of nutrient dense, delicious beef!
