All of our beef is vacuum sealed to lock in freshness for the long term. A 1/8 Beef will fit in a 1.5 cubic ft freezer—like the one attached to your kitchen fridge—and provides enough for one person to enjoy 2 meals per week for about 12 months. Our processing dates are scheduled throughout August. All beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure peak flavor. Once your deposit is placed, we’ll reach out to arrange a shipping or pickup date that works best for you.
