All of our beef is vacuum sealed to ensure long-lasting freshness. A 1/4 Beef Share fits comfortably in a 3–4 cubic foot freezer and comes with a variety of cuts to enjoy—from juicy steaks and roasts to ground beef and more.

Our processing dates are scheduled throughout March/April. All beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to bring out its best flavor. We expect deliveries to begin in early April. After placing your deposit, we’ll contact you to schedule your preferred shipping or pickup date.
