With approximately 85% lean and 15% fat ratio, our beef has the perfect amount of moisture and flavor while not sacrificing health benefits.
Packaging: 2 pound tubes or 1 pound vacuum sealed. They are packaged when beef is fresh off the line and will arrive to you frozen with the ability to be stored in the freezer up to 1 year minimum.
