Our beef is vacuum sealed to ensure long lasting freshness. A 1/4 beef share will fit comfortably in a 3-4 cubic foot freezer, offering a variety of cuts to enjoy.

Our processing dates are scheduled throughout May/June, beef will dry-age for a minimum of 21 days to ensure the best flavor! We expect deliveries to be ready starting Mid/Late May. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping/pickup date that works best for you.
